• Earning Potential From Investment:
  • PART 1 ~ This is where it gets fun and perhaps a little confusing. The plan for this is a long term plan. Initially we will start out with a small Eco-resort with 3 small circular cabins built by Deltec Homes (www.deltechomes.com). We will also have a small RV park (about 5 RV spaces). The cabins and RV spaces will rent out daily/weekly through the summer and winter (there will not be much rentals in the winter). Each investor will receive rental income during this rental time. The goal is to have the resort as off the grid as possible running mainly on solar power and a few very small windmills.

  • PART 2 ~ We will then slowly expand into a small 9 hole eco golf resort complete with houses built by Deltec Homes. The homes will overlook both the Lake and Golf Course and will be sold. All investors will receive a portion of the sale of each house (65% of the profit will go back to investors).
    As an easy example:
    If profit from the sale of 1 house is $100000 then 65% (so $65000) is returned to investors. With a max of 20 investors allowed into this plan, that would mean each investor would receive $3250. With a plan to build a minimum of 30 houses.......I am sure you can figure the math. We do plan to aim for a minimum of $100000 profit on each house.

• We will then build a few more eco-cabins for rentals. Depending on how things progress we may add an additional 9 holes thus adding more houses to be sold. We may change and do this on one of our Ocean Front parcels if we feel that would be a better return in the long run. We will also look at adding more RV stalls.
  
  This is a long term plan. Part 1 will not take long to set up and should be completed by next spring with summer rental starting on the lake away from the hussle of life. As soon as these are complete Part 2 will begin away from the cabins. While the golf resort may take a little to complete, the house sales will start right away as we will have a show home available. Plus if you look at the Deltec website you will see just how fast the homes will be built so construction of them will not take long and the costs are very low, and profits will be high.
  
  We will also have a representative on site during the entire construction phase starting in the new year and possibly as early as this fall.
  
  If you live in Nova Scotia you may see some ads coming soon for a new eco develompent. Once things get under way with development of the property (please note we will be working with the land and not against it to keep it unspoiled) we will be advertising across Canada in major areas like Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, etc...
