PPREI has implemented a fee on each investment. The reason
we have done this is because this will allow us to increase
the rate of return on your investments. Below is what the
general investment return would look like.
75% (used to be 65%)of rental profit is returned back to
investors. 20% goes to a holding account for that property
to cover repairs and unforeseen costs. 5% (used to be 15%)
goes to us for managing the property.
As you can see because we now charge a small fee on the investment
amount directly the amount of return you receive has increased
by 10% as we now only keep 5% for us (down from 15%) and 75%
(up from 65%) is returned to you the investor.
